The organizers of this edition of the World Cup have ensured that this legacy spreads to the whole world. Their commitment to sustainability will have a positive impact on the environment and serve as a benchmark for how to organize mega sporting events in the future. Qatar 2022 will take place in November and December. How will this have repercussions on the game played?

Due to the programming of the competition, many players will perform at their peak because they will not have joined their national teams after a long season with their clubs. Add to that the ideal weather conditions that Qatar offers at this time of year and you can expect to see some great matches at the various pitches. Everything will be gathered for the big stars to shine.

It will also be the most compact World Cup of the modern era …

For anyone who loves to watch football, whether on TV or in the stadiums, Qatar 2022 will be a dream come true. With four group matches per day, all played in stadiums very close to each other, it will be possible to attend two matches per day. This is unheard of in the modern era of the World Cup.

As for the participating teams, they will be able to stay in the same base camp throughout the competition, avoiding long journeys between matches. It is obvious that players will have more time to train, rest and prepare as well as possible for the top priority: football!
