The day of March 24, the first in the Europe Zone, offered its share of emotions and surprises in the qualifiers for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 ™. Hostilities continued on March 25 in three confederations.
The first meeting of the day, the only match on the program in the AFC, saw Tajikistan get the better of Mongolia. It was then the turn of Europe to be on the bridge, with in particular the successful entry into contention of Germany against Iceland (3-0), and that of Poland of Robert Lewandowski, The Best – FIFA 2020 player, hung by Hungary (3-3).
England and Italy did not tremble against San Marino (5-0) and Northern Ireland (2-0), respectively. It was more complicated for Spain held in check by Greece (1-1).
Finally, the day ended with the first meetings of 12 CONCACAF nations, including five former participants of the world event: Canada, El Salvador, Haiti, Panama and Trinidad and Tobago.

Tajikistan 3 – 0 Mongolia
Well led by cousins Dzhalilov, Manuchehr and Alisher, authors of the first two goals of this meeting, Tajikistan made the trade against a Mongolia unable to develop its game. Samiev Shahrom drove the point home at the end of the match, which allows to the Tajiks to take 2nd place in Group F, behind Japan.
